As business owners it seems like there is ALWAYS something to be doing, working on, creating, or learning but, the end of the year is a particularly important (and busy) time.
As soon as I finish writing this blog, I’m jumping into the newsletter. And when I’m done with that, I’m creating content for my social media platforms. I could update my website, clean up my Google Drive, and organize my graphics in Canva too. There’s also client work to tackle. The list never ends.
I’m sure you feel the same.
The bad news is, I’m about to add to the list.
The good news is, I’m going to help you prioritize this to-do list into must-dos AND give you a handy checklist to work with as you move toward January 1st.
Don’t worry, once you check off the items on this list, there will be a new list of things to do at the beginning of the year. (Sorry!)
I promise I’m not trying to overwhelm you. There are just certain things that are essential must-dos for any online business owner at the end of the year in order to:

Say thank you to your customers and/or clients.
Say thank you to your vendors.
Say thank you to your employees/contractors.
Say thank you to your tribe for supporting you.
This can be as simple as sending a thank you note or you can take it to the next level with bonuses, gifts, and exclusive discounts.
Taking your business to the next level means you need help! If you’re currently a solopreneur, you can’t wear all the hats forever! If you’re a seasoned online business owner, your team will likely grow in the next year.
